This week in the kitchen: rhubarb season

Rhubarb season is short and we look forward to it all year. This week it has gone into a crumble slice with real vanilla custard over a shortbread base.

Our rotating treat changes regularly depending on what is in season and what we fancy baking. It is always made in a small batch, so keep an eye on the shop if there is something you would like to try.
