Privacy policy
Little Traybake Co. is a small home bakery. We only collect the information we need to bake and send your order, and we never sell it to anyone.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order; the contents of your basket; and anything you write in an order note or contact message. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store them.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, to send you order confirmation and dispatch emails, and to reply to enquiries. We keep order records for our accounts as required by UK law.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional emails, and Royal Mail or another courier for delivery.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@littletraybakeco.co.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential storage — your basket is saved in your browser so it isn't lost between visits. We don't run advertising trackers.
