Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax due.
Baked to order
Everything is baked fresh once your order lands, so please allow a few working days before dispatch. Bakes are handmade, so size, colour and decoration vary a little from the photographs.
Cancellations
Because our bakes are perishable and made to order, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply once baking has started. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll always try to help if plans change before we bake.
Something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Allergens and food safety
Our bakes are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts, so we cannot guarantee any bake is free from traces. Allergen details are listed on each product page — see the FAQs for storage and best-before guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
