A little kitchen, a lot of butter

Little Traybake Co. started the way most good things do — with a tray of millionaire's shortbread and far too many people asking for the recipe. What began as bakes for friends, family and the school gate turned into a proper little business.

Everything is still made by hand, in small batches, in our home kitchen. We use real butter, good chocolate and fresh fruit when it's in season, and we bake to order so nothing ever sits about waiting for a customer.

Alongside our five permanent favourites, one rotating treat changes regularly. It's our excuse to play with seasonal fruit, festive flavours and the occasional wildly indulgent idea — and once the tray is gone, it's gone.
